Your English is just fine!

You have a MediaTek MT7118 WiMAX USB Card - Win7 didn't like these devices, so I suspect that Win8 won't like them either. Here's my rant about these devices:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7/Win8 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7(and I suspect with Win8) - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7/Win8 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
The worst case scenario is to uninstall it's software and physically remove the device from the system in order to test if it's causing the BSOD's.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I believe that this belongs to your MediaTek MT7118 WiMAX USB Card
mtkwmptv_x64.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

If this doesn't fix the BSOD's, please post back and we'll take a further look at the problems.

Are you still having BSOD's? If so, try uninstalling the Avast (but get another antivirus for protection).

Also, try some of the free scans here (in case a virus is causing this): Free Online AntiMalware Resources
