"driver state power failure"

I recently upgraded my system to windows 8 and I keep having error messages saying: "driver state power failure" and something to do with minidump files. Can anyone please help? I have attached my files:

mind you, I dont know very much about computers so go gentle please

MSINFO32 shows some STOP 0xA0 errors and some errors related to L1C63x64.sys (your networking drivers).

The first errors are suggestive of a possible hardware problem (most likely the hard drive). Please try these free diagnostics: Initial Hardware Diagnostics Please understand that this can also be a low-level driver problem, so post back if the tests don't find anything wrong.

The ATK64AMD.sys driver dates from 2006. It is the ATK0101 Hot Key driver (this is one of those low-level drivers that I mentioned earlier). Please uninstall the current version from your system and then install the latest, Win8 version from the system/mobo manufacturer's website.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
