BSOD all the time, can't even use the computer anymore

It gave me tons of BSOD even to make this thread.

I can't stand it anymore, since when I've installed Windows 8 Pro x64 from Windows 7 Ultimate x64 I'm getting this. Made already tons of refresh, system restores and clean formats, nothing helps. I'm getting BSOD all the time, I can't use the computer for over 1 minute anymore (when I actually get to pass the login information, on 5% of the tries.)

Please, somebody help me, this is driving me crazy.

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows a BSOD due to klflt.sys - likely a component of your Kaspersky Security.
Please:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the Kaspersky from your system (may have to try this in Safe Mode)
- install the free antivirus, update it, and immediately scan your system for malware.

Remove the Razer device and uninstall it's software (it's drivers date from 2007 and are known to cause BSOD's in Win7 systems). Use a regular mouse until we've stopped the BSOD's - then download the latest, Win8 compatible drivers from the Razer website.

Install the latest version of the Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver for your system/mobo. Your current version dates from 2005 and is known to cause BSOD's in some systems.

BIOS dates from 2009, you might wish to see if there are any updates that will apply to the memory in your system (CPU, video, RAM, mobo/chipset, etc). Flashing the RAM is easy, but very unforgiving. Don't do this unless you're sure that you need it - and then follow the directions EXACTLY. Failure to do so could turn your motherboard into a doorstop (yes, done incorrectly it can damage the mobo).

If these things don't stop the problems, please run these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
