KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c000001d, The exception code that was not handled

Windows 7 installation.........

BIOS dates from 2007, please check to see if there are any updates available. If you choose to flash your BIOS, please be aware that mistakes can physically damage your motherboard. Please be very, very careful.

Being that the BIOS is from 2007, you have to wonder if the system is compatible with Win8. Check here: Windows Compatibility Center: Find Updates, Drivers, & Downloads for Windows 8, Windows RT and Windows 7

Only 117 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

This problem device shows up in the MSINFO32 report:
Security Processor Loader Driver ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
This is usually a sign of damage caused by a virus infection. Please scan the system with several of these free scans to see if the virus has been completely removed.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

nVidia Ethernet Networking Driver (nForce chipset driver)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=nvm62x32.sys

If you've fixed all of the above problems and the BSOD's still occur - then this is most likely a hardware problem. Please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics and let us know the results
