Windows 8 BSoD Problems

I've been having issues with BSoD's since installing windows 8 last week (and previously with win7) and thought it'd be good to get the logs looked at by someone who knows what they're doing.

My specs are:
Acer Aspire 5739g (laptop)
Intel P8700 cpu (not the stock cpu, upgraded to it in the summer with no issues)
Nvidia 240m gpu (306.97 drivers)
4GB 1066MHz ram (samsung I think, it came with the laptop)
1TB HDD (can't remember the make)

I've not got any overclocks applied to the laptop at the moment, and I've tried reseating the ram and gpu, to no avail.

Thanks for the help,
Callum

update your Qualcomm Atheros Ar81xx series PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller to the latest version That should probably solve your issue.

Thanks, hopefully this will sort it out, I'll mark it as solved in a day or two if it works.

If it BSOD`s again upload the new dumps

Unfortunately, I've had a few more BSoDs, I updated the driver through device manager, so it should have picked up the latest available ones. I've attached the logs.
