BSOD: Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area (W8 Pro x64)

Dear community,

I am experiencing this BSOD with the following error message

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

This BSOD occurs systematically in the following situations only (as far as I know...):

1- After 5 minutes not doing anything (when the screen saver is supposed to activate)
2- When I run the maintenance from Control Panel>System and Security>Action Center

I have run a full memtest86+ (latest version) and I haven't found any errors in memory.

I suspect it comes from my SSD (Samsung SSD 830). Samsung proposes tools for maintenance here. There is no Windows 8 version though!

A rar file containing dmp files is in attachment.

I also work with Ubuntu 12.04 and I don't experience any problem there.

Thank you very much for your help!

Edit - I have added the SF_ file

After having tried all my hardware, I found out it was my secondary hard drive (not the SSD one). I have reformated the NTFS partition and it seems to work fine.
