BSOD WHEA uncorrectable error

Okay so I just got this PC in yesterday and I'm already having issues. At first it was giving me the BSOD for my wireless receiver which apparently just didn't have drivers for 8 yet. But now if I go to watch videos or try to play a game the video gets choppy then BSOD, then half the time it will blue screen again right after restarting. Some times it will give me a WHEA_uncorrectable_error and sometimes it will restart before any error is displayed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, I think your Atheros wireless card is still giving you issues - looks like this one is likely caused by the driver for it as well:

IRQL_UNEXPECTED_VALUE (c8)
The processor's IRQL is not what it should be at this time. This is
usually caused by a lower level routine changing IRQL for some period

The driver being mentioned is still installed on the system - I would recommend removing all Atheros software and drivers from the system, and reinstall the latest Windows 8 drivers - Windows 7 drivers should be used only if necessary, and if so, expect potential for issues unfortunately.

How do I go about finding that? I'm not the most tech savy. Also I notice my cpu temp is getting really high just from watching videos it went to 83 C. Nothing is over clocked
