I would suggest that you seek assistance from your System Admin, as you may not have permissions to do many things required in troubleshooting BSOD's
Since Volume Keys are Upgrades, and your motherboard appears to be a retail one, you may be outside the terms of the license, depending on the previous history, and the exact license you are using.

Not all systems with volume keys are necessarily centrally managed. Think universities, labs, etc...
