BSOD at random encounters

hi all, i have just upgraded my OS from windows 7 to windows 8 and have been experiencing random BSOD encounters. i have attached my mini dump files, can any of the kind souls out there enlighten this poor fella out? Grateful much!=D

Upgrade or remove k57nd60a.sys, broadcom ethernet. Run on wireless and disable this device, upgrade the driver, or run on an inbox driver.

i cant find the place to uninstall it. do you happen to know where can i uninstall in or where can i upgrade the driver?=D

Uninstall occurs in Control panel - Uninstall a program

You can also in the device manager "right click on the device - Update - Browse - Let me pick." to change driver.

You can run the upgrade program, or you can use the above method by continuing with "Have disk" in the Let me pick dialog box.
