Having repeated crashes probably caused by tcpip.sys

HI,

I'm suffering from repeated crashes, that were probably caused by tcpip.sys.

How can I solve that problem?

Please unload any third party firewalls, virtual pc systems (vmware), antivirus, vpn solutions, apple bonjour. Update/disable your network drivers.

I'm using Norton Internet Security 2012 as both Anti virus & firewall, no VPN's, no Apple products whatsoever..

So uninstall norton... (was obvious, wasn't it?)
