    BSOD ERROR 0x00000124(ntoskrnl.exe+52a489)

    Earlier I was Using Windows 7 ultimate X64bit. I had no problem at all. Recently I bought windows 8 pro.
    Now I am getting this BSOD ERROR 0x00000124(ntoskrnl.exe+52a489).
    No matter what I do .I keep getting this error. i enabled verifier. I Did Scannow through CMD. I cleaned my registry. Even I installed several fresh installation of windows. But No Hope. I Read tons of solution on net but nothing seems to be working. Now my pc is shutting down after 10 or 15 minutes regularly .and every time SAME error. I thought it was my BIOS therefore I revert back to older version(on which I never faced any problem using windows 7). I also installed Windows 7 again but No Hope again. This Rate I'll damage something on my computer. I can't do anything because of this BSOD error.
    I am enclosing everything as per forum Rule.
    Please Help me. I am in real trouble.

    What I did:

    * Update BIOS to v2401
    * Check BIOS settings (all auto)
    * Played with voltages (memory and northbridge)
    * Memory check
    * Update drivers
    * Replace harddrive
    * Check for blown capasitors
    * Check for dust
    * sfc /scannow (it suddenly finds uncorrectable corruptions)
    * Reapplied thermal paste
    * New PSU
    * New memory
    * Uninstalled videodrivers one by one (nvidia)
