BSODs after booting up from a powered down state

Hi there, I've been having this problem for a while now and thought I'd post here to see if I could get some help with a resolution. Whenever I start-up my PC when it has been shut down for a while (a few hours at least) I always get several BSODs in a row. Eventually it boots up no problem and works fine as long as the PC is left on, or just put to sleep. Powering down always results in the the series of BSODs again.

Now, I can use my computer for whatever I want for as long as I want with no problems as long as I don't shut it down. However, I'm not satisfied with that! This shouldn't be happening!

I couple of the error messages I get are:

driver irql not_less or equal...
page_fault in non paged area ntfs.....

I've uploaded my SF Diagnostics tools file as per the instructions i found on these forums.

I hope I didn't leave anything out!

This looks like a memory error. Can you run memtest from hcidesign AND memtest86+. Or at least the memory tester in windows? Also run driver verifier.

Thanks for the reply! I ran the hcdesign memtest and threw an error.... so now I'm testing the different memory sticks/DIMMs as instructed in the faq. I'll post my findings when it's done. Keeping my fingers crossed it's the RAM not the motherboard!

-Edit-

Seems 2 out of the 4 sticks of ram were faulty. I should be able to RMA them from Corsair since it's within a year of purchase.

Thanks again for the suggestion!
