I have received a few BSOD messages since I installed my FX-8350 chip a few days ago. i have attached the messages and was wondering if one of you kind folks could help me figure out what is causing them.

sometimes its under system load, sometimes its while idling, and the last one was while watching a tv show online.

thanks in advance.

Welcome
Your reports are a code 124. In broad terms this indicates hardware. Apparently its the chip. I think that I can assume that you are into speed and OC. Well 8 is a new OS, maybe not quite ready for the speed the chip has to offer. When Vista was first previewed it experienced many hardware and software conflicts.

you swich from a 955 to a 8350 ? I will do a fresh install and make sure to have a BIOS with the micro-code to support it. This CPU is way different than a 955, you need to do a fresh install.

i may start with a current windows 7 install and see if its more "stable"

well a H60 is not a EK water block, when you reach 4.8 the vcore is at 1.5 or over so you need real cooling power

look at the fans on this rad , this is real water cooling

Use driver verifier

You have overlapped modules:
OVERLAPPED_MODULE: Address regions for 'BthEnum' and 'WUDFRd.sys' overlap
Is that ok in the kernel?

Check memory (memtest @ hcidesign.com and/or memtest86+)

Disable bluetooth.

ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY (be)
An attempt was made to write to readonly memory. The guilty driver is on the
stack trace (and is typically the current instruction pointer).
When possible, the guilty driver's name (Unicode string) is printed on
the bugcheck screen and saved in KiBugCheckDriver.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff880024e15a8, Virtual address for the attempted write.
Arg2: 80000000004e0121, PTE contents.
Arg3: fffff880015066f0, (reserved)

Do as little driver installs as possible at first.
Can you post a complete list of installed drivers, including version numbers?

Just write down everything you do. Make a logbook. Especially also on programs that install drivers: Firewalls, Virus scanners, Virtual cd drivers, Keyboard utilities, Motherboard utilities, ITunes, DVD players, and drivers themselves: Audio, Video, Bluetooth, etc. '

Make note of drivers that get downloaded from windows update. Don't let drivers install automatically, and note in the windows update program when then get installed. Some of these drivers are obsolete, but get installed anyway. Typically, the devices are obsolete and not compatible then as well.

Make sure you check, when you install drivers from the manufacturer, is whether they are up to date. If they are not kept up to date, you need to look elsewhere for drivers.

Windows has a decent Bluetooth stack, audio stack, antivirus and firewall already. So only install what you miss for now.
