Ever since installing Windows 8 this machine has randomly crashed. Goes on for a few hours okay and then all sudden crashes and crashes a few times in a row.

Any help would be appreciated.

No clear reason. Bugcheck code 50. Use driver verifier. Check you memory with hcidesign.com memtest. Check your memory with memtest86. Uninstall non-essential drivers. Use the windows basic display driver. Uninstall third party antivirus tools. Uninstall virtual cd drivers. Uninstall motherboard utilities. Run windows 8 upgrade assistant from within windows 8. Downclock your cpu and gpu.
