Random BSOD

Hi everybody,

I am not sure whats going on with my system got 2 BSOD's. I checked very thing memtest, chkdsk, prime95,
every test went fine and no problems whre detected.
I hope you can help me an tell me whats wrong with my system.

RTKVHD64.sys - Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver, it was listed as being the cause. Download & install the latest Windows 8-compatible version from your board's manufacturer website or from Realtek

Stop any overclocking if any.
