I am having BSOD errors and it is quite random.. need help to fix this..

Possibly ram.

Run memtest from hcidesign.com AND memtest86+.

Mem test passed... checked one memory at a time still getting BSOD's

Yeah, but try to follow the link above. This is a difficult one.
Try to uninstall vpn, vmware, virus scanners, firewalls, malware protection, non-stock drivers. Upgrade bios.

This seems to be a bus error. Try to run your cpu and busses at lower speed by underclocking.
