Solved Boot problems: first freezes, then BSOD's, then bootloader errors.

Dear Windows 8 users

I call myself an experienced user. I had multiboot installations with Windows from even before the 21st century. I fixed millions of problems with Windows OS'es. However, this time I don't have the time to search for days. I did my best for a few hours, but I became a busy man. That's why I would like to ask you guys for some help.

First of all, something that I think has nothing to do with Windows, my PC freezes while booting. This sometimes happens at the first seconds, sometimes this happens while booting Windows. However, after a reboot everything is alright again. I don't have any problem with it. It already is a habbit to boot and reset it immediately after. However, this time I forgot to reset it on time and it freezed while Windows was booting. I rebooted again and got a BSOD without any valuable information. Then it resetted automaticly and started with "automatic repair". However, it couldn't fix the problem. Now, every time I rebooted, it automaticly started repairing errors. I tried safemode, but it also starts with repairing errors!

I started the standard procedure. I put in my Windows 8 installation flash drive and tried some things like bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /rebuildbcd (which first didn't work, but did after renaming the bcdedit files) ... then I messed around with diskpart a bit and in the meantime deleted my system reserved partition (and yes I know what I'm doing, I didn't remove anything important and yes I've set the partition to boot). Again rebuilded the bootloader and so on. Then did another chkdsk /r scan which found lots and lots of errors that it fixed. I rebooted after that. Now it gives a bluescreen immediately which says that I need to put in installation media in order to repair the setup. Alright, I thought, I should try sfc /scannow. It didn't work. It gave me the "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." error. I remembered that error from the past so now tried with /offbootdir and /offwindir. This resulted in this known error: "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.".

To check if my files on my C-drive are corrupted I've booted into a Linux distro and took a look. At first sight everything seems to be undamaged so I really am asking myself what the problem could be. A few notes I would like to make:
- I am not willing to do a system restore, refresh install or factory reset
- I did try the automatic repair from the installation media multiple times, I've attached the log file to this post
- I did try the new bcdboot command (it completed successfully, but didn't fix the problem)
- I unplugged all addional drives (it seems like the freezes have stopped too this way, at least for now) and am only connected with my main SSD (Samsung 830 256GB) with Windows 8 Pro x64 on it

EDIT: I tried the files from the RegBack folder to fix that registry problem, but it doesn't seem to do the trick. In fact, the SYSTEM registry entry already was one from long before the problem occured.
EDIT2: Okay, this is getting more and more a mess. I wanted to check when my last restore point was, now it seems like no restore point can be found... however, I don't care, wasn't going to restore in the first time.

And how do you expect me to do that without getting into Windows?

I've tried a lot of things and finally came to a solution. It seems like I somehow had defect memory (DDR3 RAM) what caused the many freezes and other problems. This way it somehow completely corrupted my SSD. All files were "valid", but some important system files seem to have changed somehow. I tried to do a system restore, but it didn't show any restore points. Then I've tried a repair install, it just said it failed unexpected. Finally I did a factory reset and even that failed. It was clear to me, a complete reinstall was the only solution. It seems like a few personal files were damaged too, but these I've managed to recover with Recuva. Just bought some new DDR3 now, formatted my SSD and everything is running better than ever.
