Reboot every 11 minutes, like clockwork

Every 11 minutes, like clockwork, my system is rebooting itself with the log message:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. (no BSOD)

Looking at the logs, I'm seeing a lot of errors like:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.WindowsLive.Mail.AppXj3e9v0xw9sf8t58nqr15tqqb2yq4zsfg.mca as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
    Happened while starting this command:
    "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16.4.4396.1016_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\LiveComm.exe " -ServerName:Microsoft.WindowsLive.Platform.Server

An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not flush hive (file): ''. (no file listed)

Andi this error appears at least once every 30 seconds or so, even though my printer is working completely fine:
Installing printer driver Epson ESC/P-R failed, error code 0x0, HRESULT 0x80070BC8. See the event user data for context information.

I was getting this, too, so I deleted the ABC News app and it went away:
The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
    and APPID
to the user John-HP\John SID (S-1-5-21-3818091537-2007997951-1155328331-1000) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container ABC.ABCNews_1.0.0.555_neutral__x0jz7fs5f51ac SID (S-1-15-2-3510734361-1030209223-3279005500-278926061-609019150-3916608911-2495793755). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

How do I start trying to figure out what's gone wrong? Things were working just fine all day yesterday.

It could be just a coincidence, but I just installed Essentials 2012 and noticed some of my tiles not working properly. So I rebooted. During the install, there was a note that said you needed to install NET framework for some tiles to continue to work correctly. I clicked to install it. Then rebooted and everything seems to be working ok now.
