Every 11 minutes, like clockwork, my system is rebooting itself with the log message:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. (no BSOD)
Looking at the logs, I'm seeing a lot of errors like:
Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.WindowsLive.Mail.AppXj3e9v0xw9sf8t58nqr15tqqb2yq4zsfg.mca as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
"31"
Happened while starting this command:
"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16.4.4396.1016_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\LiveComm.exe" -ServerName:Microsoft.WindowsLive.Platform.Server
An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not flush hive (file): ''. (no file listed)
Andi this error appears at least once every 30 seconds or so, even though my printer is working completely fine:
Installing printer driver Epson ESC/P-R failed, error code 0x0, HRESULT 0x80070BC8. See the event user data for context information.
I was getting this, too, so I deleted the ABC News app and it went away:

How do I start trying to figure out what's gone wrong? Things were working just fine all day yesterday.
