    Apparently, I spoke too soon. I'm still having major crashing and BSOD problems -- especially when exporting video from Premiere Pro CS5.5. I have uninstalled all but my bare essential hardware, at this point. I am really at the end of my rope, here.

    I have attached the latest diagnostics.

    The last few point toward authenticamd, which is your processer, most likely an AMD product.

    Well, yeah, it's an AMD Athlon 64, Dual Core 4800+.

    If it's the processor that's giving me fits, I should probably just drop my old Vista drive back in there, and give up. I'm not sure anyone even sells new Socket 939 chips anymore, and even if I found something, it would be just as likely to cause me problems as the chip that is in there.
