Please Help - BSOS & DPC_Watchdog_violation

Hi all

Need some help here.. just upgraded to windows 8 and I have been having random BSODS

Have attached minidump files..

would be ever so grateful if someone could point me in the right direction

It appears to be a driver problem. I base my conclusion on the fact that your problem began with the installation of Windows 8. The reports give very little information.
Download and use the driver verifier to determine if it is indeed a driver problem.
