    PDFs coming up blank.

I am having an issue viewing PDF sites within IE10. When I pull these sites up I got another blank screen that just reads adobe and nothing else. I have uninstalled adobe and reinstalled it and still getting this issue. Has anyone seen this?

I'm so fed up with Adobe Acrobat -- why do I need to install 2GB of software to do simple .doc to .pdf conversions. So I'm curious, is there a free, or relatively inexpensive solution to do the following? 1. Convert Word documents into PDF. 2. Convert web pages into PDF from a web browser.
