When I open IE10 in the win8 (Metro) I can't find the Favorites & it asks me to sign in.

Works great on the Desktop.

What am I doing wrong?

If you're using RP or CP, there are actually some issues with this too, for what it's worth. RTM fixes these issues, so if you're not on RTM, you should upgrade.

I hear RTM all the time. What is the difference between PR & RTM & where do I download it?

RTM is the final Version as it were. It literally means ready to manufactoring/release to manufactoring. I obtained an academic license from the Dreamspark programme for Windows 8 RTM.
