About two days ago I started getting prompted to login to my outlook.com every time I want to check my email.
I went online to learn why this is happening and how to resolve this problem but even with the answer pages I can't get it to work. The instructions people are posting require me to open my "control panel" and look for the "mail" settings but I can't find "mail" anywhere in the control panel. When I try to load the "mail" settings according to their directions, again, no success.
I would like to know how to fix this problem so I don't need to constantly be logging in.
