Reinstall IE10? Messed up Flash

Hi - Somehow I screwed up IE10 and now can't get Flash to work. Is there any way to just reinstall/refresh IE10 without having to refresh/reinstall all of Win8? I'm getting an error "Hulu requires Flash Player 10.1.53.64 or higher. Please download and install the latest version of Flash Player before continuing." but installing doesn't affect IE10.

Under manage add-ons, it says Flash Plug is enabled but it's not working.

When I go to "get flash player", I get the error below but Flash Player is enabled.

The Flash Player is disabled. Please enable the Flash Player as follows:

1. Open IE on the Desktop
2. From the Tools menu, click Manage add-ons
3. Select the Flash Player add-on
4. Click Enable

Any assistance which would let me avoid a refresh and having to re-install all my programs would be appreciated!
