Not able to connect to amazon.com

Hi,

Since x-mas (+or- one month) I am not able to connect to the following websites:

Amazon.ca
Amazon.com

http or https

If I connect through a VPN with a USA IP (or sometimes with an IP from Ontario, Canada) I have not problem to connect what so ever.

(I am from Quebec, Canada)

IE11 or Firefox 44 with or without addons, Win 8.1 x64
And yes I tried removing the IS suite. Same results.

Strange thing. I am in dual boot with Win 7 x64 and if I boot with Win 7 and use IE11 or FF 43, I am able to connect to those site (with Kaspersky IS on)!:think:

Any idea why in with Win 8.1, I am not able?
