    outlook 2016 reset to default

I have tried all the usual methods reset outlook 2016 to default and its still not working.

    1. Go to all the appdata folders and delete the outlook stuff.

    2. Control Panel, mail, remove profile (nothing there)

    3. In outlook, remove profile from there won't work.

Can I please get some other ideas please? Is there something in the registry I need to remove?

Download and run "revo uninstaller". It will help you remove all traces for outlook from the computer, including the registry. Once that is done, restart and install fresh copy of Outlook.

Sorry. I switched back to my old computer. I will try it when I get to my office.

I don't understand what happened. I left my computer off for a few weeks and it magically fixed itself.
