I can't access the internet 
with Google Chrome unless I run as administrator. I've tried troubleshooting the prob but have latest Chrome update. I get the error message C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe The server threw an exception. Should I uninstall Chrome and re-instal it?
