Add outllook to gmail

Good evening.My son asked me a question this morning.He has a gmail account and a outlook account,Now he has bought the latest samsung tablet which is android he has managed to get his gmail sorted.Now he would like to get the outlook one on his tablet as well is it possible that he could have his outlook mail to open with the gmail one that was already installed on the tab,And if that is possible can I have some idea how will he get it to work settings etc.

I suspect Android works like iPhone. I have multiple, individual, e-mail accounts set up on my iPhone (Hotmail and my ISP's e-mail account. It has nothing to do with Outlook, just he needs to set up his ISP's e-mail account.
