Locked out of Outlook

When I try to get into Outlook I get this popup that WON'T GO AWAY

What is it? How do I get rid of it? It won't let me fill in the gmail imap either

Great, thank you so much. It might be because I started a new Outlook on another computer. I'll try a new identity.

I love the ability to sync windows 8 and(not neccersarily to) 10, but it can sometimes get in the way when a minor change is made on one system sync'd to another that doesn't have the infrastructure installed.
