    For Flash videos to work on 8, which includes most YouTube video, install Flash: Download Flash Player 11.2.202.235 (IE) 64-bit - FileHippo.com
    The link will make it work in I.E. - the non I.E. link shown there is to make it work on Firefox or Chrome.

    The link to Flash Player install is for 64-bit.
    I installed the win 8 32-bit iso to Vmare 4.0.3
    Do I use this one instead ?

    Flash Player 11, 32-bit installed.
    It worked. I can play you-tube video/song now.
