Hello,
Every time I start Google Chrome (not a new tab), my CPU spikes to 100% load for ~3 seconds. I have a 4790k on Windows 8.1 (current build here). I have done a fresh uninstall/reinstall of Chrome (including browsing data) with no change. I have run CCleaner and scanned with MalwareBytes/Avast with no issues. I do NOT have this problem with any other browser. This problem started a week ago and I can't point to any event that might have caused this (windows update, visiting a sketchy site, etc). Any insight as to what might be causing this?
