Hopefully someone here can help me with an annoying issue I've been struggling to find the fix for.
In Internet Explorer randomly when you open the window some links will be underlined. We have a custom built homepage for the company I work for and it randomly happens on this page and external websites also. Closing and opening IE a few times usually returns it back to normal but not this time. This happens in IE9 - IE11. I have yet to see it in Chrome or FireFox.
The home page has 3 colums, a small left and right column for links and then a the main center column for all the company info, announcements, etc. By default none of the links in the columns are underlined. When this issue happens the main column links are all underlined in blue, but the links in the 2 side columns aren't. The font for all links is dropped a few pixels, like from 12 to 8 or 9, so the side links, which are default set smaller than the main column, are almost too small to read.
I've spent hours searching google to fix this, ran removal tools like malwarebytes antimalware, spybot S&D, and our corporate virus software never reports any problems. I've worked with our IT dept and web-admins and nobody has been able to fix this yet. I'd appreciate any help that can be given.
