windows mail tile just hangs

    windows mail tile just hangs


    I tired to get my mail in windows 8.1 recently and it just hangs never opening
    but if I reboot the computer I can open the mail tile for a small amount of time then it hangs again

    I tired store app nothing there

    any suggestions

    Are you truly connected to the internet?

    Try to fix the apps with this:

    No connection interrupts then you are OK, run the apps and tiles fix.

    To install KB2934520, run the Windows Update Troubleshooter:
    Troubleshoot problems with installing updates - Windows Help

    Temporarily disable your anti virus software, disconnect all external USB devices except the keyboard and mouse, then try to install the update.
