Hi there. No, IE cannot be uninstalled, however, it can be turned off. WinKey/X > Programs and Features > Choose "Turn Windows features on or off" next to the shield > Uncheck IE11.

Since Windows 98 Internet Explorer has been more than just a browser but an integral part of the OS. Portions of IE are used by other Windows components. Removing IE would leave you with a crippled operating system.

If Internet Explorer has been upgraded from a previous version there will be an option to uninstall it but that will simply revert to the previous version. For security it is generally best to have the latest version supported by your OS, even if you don't use it.
