Incredimail (2.0) links and attachments not opening

I am running Windows 8.1. Quite recently, I found that I could no longer open up links and attachments from my e-mail. I did download IM 2,5, which solved the problem, but all my e-mail files disappeared. I used system restore to get back to IM2.0, which restored my files, but also the original problem, i.e., I cannot open up any attachments or links.

Please help.

Educate us about IM. Not familiar. Do they have support forum ?

IM - Incredimail 2.0 and the latest version 2.5. However, Incredimail have advised me to download the latest build of version 2.0 (which I have done) Some attachments, links are still not opening, but the majority are opening slowly.
"Work in progress", I think!
