Moving mail from live to gmail or google apps

I was using live mail for my domains email account but i was having issues with some mail not being sent out

I also had issues where it would not show my reply in the mail thread, so i sometimes had to ask the recipient if they got the message as i forgot i sent them a reply

So i decided to use google apps for business, but i have about 30 mails i want to move over too gmail and can not figure out how as i am not using outlook it seems the migration tool doesnt work
