IE10 Browsing always opens in new tabs?

    Hi all-
I know this isn't a "Windows 8" question per se, but IE 10 is only in Win 8 so where else would I post this?

Does anyone else know where this setting can be under Windows 8/IE 10?

Double check your "Tabbed Browsing Settings" in Internet Options to see if they are set like below.

I have Windows 8 and, of course, IE10. I have Google set as my home page and when I open IE it always opens up with Google as it should. However, for the past few days, along with Google, it always opens with a tab called, "Ten Must-know-windows 8 features." When I click on Tools/Internet Options...
