Solved email down.....

anybody know what might be going on? I have both outlook email and frontier email i'll have to stop here to read reply's

Can you try to explain the issue a bit more.

Are you saying that neither of your e-mail accounts are working? If so is that with browser access or some other program?

email is not working. browser running and it still will not work. now I have a gear pinned to my task bar that will not open or remove from the task bar. and on some websites their video don't play and on youtube the videos are very slow to load.

No idea at all. Perhaps someone else can understand you.
