Solved Facebook problems

ok then, here we go. browser scrolling problems, freezing for a few secs. i have 3 browsers and the act up differently. does similar on linux. only does it with facebook. everything else is fine. i put it down to flash player. have taken it off and reinstalled it. no difference. help me

I would put it down to internet speed, specially the PING length. Large pages need time to download more than can currently be stored in the RAM. In FF you can increase it's cache to preload as much as possible.

woops, left that one out. 6.7

That should be more than enough. If you are using Firefox. try different settings in Options / Advanced / General /Auto scrolling, Hardware acceleration and smooth scrolling, as well as make larger Cache, that last one helped me a bit, specially with many open tabs.

Thanks CountMike , the only one unticked was auto scrolling. After clicking it things were made much smoother. Again i will thank you for your help. As an addit Chrome and IE have similar probs as well but now i have an insight thanks to you i will fiddle with them as well.

Glad to hear, I use FF almost entirely with IE and Tor occasionally.
