I never had this problem until I began using a laptop with Windows 8.1 installed.
I use Google Chrome as my browser.
When I go to a website sometimes there can be an email address that I am suppose to be able to click on causing a window to open so I can send an email immediately to that person or company.
For some reason with 8.1 when I click on the email address nothing happens.
It appears to be a problem only with email address links.
