Not in Firefox itself but you can use a extension called NoScript

Advanced Javascript settings have existed since forever in Firefox. In FF 22 and lower you could access them via the menu, but since FF 23 you'll have to pass by about:config (type it in the adress bar).
Here are some JS settings that you can modify :
dom.disable_window_move_resize
dom.disable_window_flip
dom.event.contextmenu.enabled
dom. disable_window_open_feature. * (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Prevent_websites_from_disabling_new_window_features)

More info at :
http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config
http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config_entries

If you don't like messing with about:config, you can get the same functionality as previous versions of FF by using this add-on : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/settingsanity/
