Need to access outlook with new user profile

Due to some problems, I've created a new user profile.
I need outlook on the old user profile to be moved to this new user.

How do I do this please.

Hi and Welcome to EightForums,

You will need to recreate the outlook profile on the new user account you have created, when setting this up you will need to re-enter the settings like you did when you first set it up.

Once set up it will download your emails from the server.

Have you already done this and missing something?

No I have not done anything.
Thanks I am setting up the outlook acct that sync with office 365.
Now for the other email accounts. I think I need to access the old user to get the email details. !!
