best flash browser

I have been downloading & trying out many browsers to be my main browser to play streaming video content.
In the past I have just used Google Chrome as me main browser for everything, playing streaming content through youtube or uktv streaming catchuptv (like 4OD) worked extremely smooth. The only reason I have stopped using this browser for streaming is because on some streaming sites (like 4OD & ITV) when in fullscreen mode there is a grey status bar stuck to the bottom of the screen that won't disappear. After some research it is a bug in the latest chrome version (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/Tb_VaTsjxV8).
After trying out many browsers I cannot find a browser that matches the performance of google chrome. Youtube seems laggy & choppy when playing back youtube videos in firefox and other browsers.
So my question is what is the best browser for flash player playback

I think you pretty much have answered your own question with this post, I personally think Chrome is the best, as I have experienced several issues with FireFox myself. IE11 wasn't actually all that bad, it is just some of the other features that I dislike. Have you tried re-installing Chrome? As you may find the issue may go away

Yes, for flash performance chrome and newest internet explorer is number 1, they both have great and similiar flash performance, all other browsers (like ff) kind of suck at dealing with flash. You also can try newest opera (version number about 23), it is based on chrome, so it should have similiar performance, although the browser itself is pretty young and has very low amount of features and extensions.
