Ie 10 or ie 11

Not sure about a 'feature' benefit but updating to the latest version would normally be recommended to ensure you have the latest security hot fixes etc...

You can always downgrade back to 10 later worst case scenario

Unless you have a compelling reason to do otherwise you should have the latest version of IE supported by your OS. For Windows 8 that is currently IE 11. That applies whether you use IE or not. IE isn't just an application but is essentially a part of the OS.

I'd say test it for your self,
You might be pleasantly surprised ;)

Benefits,
Adobe flash is built in might be a negative who knows ?
But Flash can be disabled by normal means it just can't be uninstalled by normal means,
As far as the security features,
The majority are the same for both I've not discovered any new setting that do not exist in ie10,
I prefer ie10 on win-7 but do use ie11 on win-8.1..
