Flash Player or Lack of

I am trying to watch NASA live stream from space and it keeps reporting that I need flash player. When I go to get it, adobe reports that win 8 has this 'built in' and I do not need it, then gives instructions for enabling it - which it already is!!!

I have double checked and treble checked all components and I have it and its running.

But nothing that uses flash player runs.

I have solved that problem by using Firefox and installing the flash player for Firefox.

Looking at your system specs, you are using IE11. For IE, the flash player is installed via Windows Updates, not from Adobe. For other browsers, the users will go to the site and download & install the flash player.

that's the link I have been getting, the flash works in Chrome but I wont use FF in 8.1, they do not seem to like each other, although FF works great on my win 7 laptop. So I imagine its IE11 that's the problem.

You might try to switch User agent strings or document modes ?
Press the F12 key and go to the bottom icon on the left column,
I'd try UAS ie10 first,

You might want to confirm this little bugger isn't appearing as well

The stream seems to work but there was a long blue screen from the signal being lost but eventually it did play okay without ever getting a flashplayer install prompt,
