Internet Explorer favorites saved on Microsoft Account

Hi Everyone,

I recently switched from a local account to a MS account & noticed that it brought in my saved favorites (from the last time I had a MS acct using Win 8), which caused some duplicates.

While I was going thru & deleting the duplicates, I accidently deleted some of my favorites. What I am trying to do is see if there is a way to look at the IE favorites saved to my MS account & then re add the missing ones back really quick.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks

Update - I was able to get them back thru a backup saved, but would like to see if someone knows the answer to my question. Thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately I remove the Microsoft account and moved to a local account because I found the Microsoft account a bit to weird for myself personally so it was impossible to test,

I would suspect that the favorites would of had to be synced with Onedrive and you could of restored them from that backup,
But since favorites would of synced they might of been altered on Onedrive too,

The best policy is backing up the favorites folder and restoring them as you did
Win8 and a Microsoft account that was one pickle I'm glad is well gone now :D
I like accessing items as I've also done so,
I have multiple Microsoft accounts I feel win8 only complicated a straight forward process switching between Microsoft accounts on a whim or not signing into one at all ;)
I'm sure there are good traits for using a Microsoft account but it's just not my kettle of fish,
Cheers.
