does anyone know why when you go into 4OD and click on a video, the video doesn't fill the whole of the box. I've added a screenshot to help explain better.

Not totally sure but my browser shows it as placeholders for ads.

This could be due to hardware acceleration being turned on. Right click the player and in the settings somewhere should be a setting that says hardware acceleration. Uncheck that, reboot browser/computer you should be good.

Other possible fixes include:

-this could be an addon issue. see what addon's you have such as popup blockers, anti adverts, etc etc and see if one of them is causing it to not show properly.You can easily disable/restart the browser and see if that was the situation.

i can confirm that hardware acceleration is turned off on flash player and the adblocker i have got i have set this not to interfere on the website. still got the issue. any other ideas?
