status bar appearing

when trying to stream any show via 4OD there seems to be a grey bar at the bottom that won't go away. Screenshot attached.
browser google chrome. HOW CAN I REMOVE THIS BAR

You most likely have video hardware acceleration turned on in chrome. Right click any video and you can turn it off from the settings in that. I had this issue as well while watching in certain players ( not youtube though ) so make sure you do it in a player that isn't youtube.
