is there a flashblocker for IE11?

I find flash adverts really annoying and I know you can use flashblocker/346 for Firefox or Chrome but I use IE11. I know that IE11 has security flaws but I don't like Firefox or Chrome.

You can use some adblock software, they block flash as well Adguard blocks popups and other types of ads
